By accessing www.nexbetz.com, our Discord, or any related service (collectively, the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of Service
NexBetz provides algorithmic sports analysis and predictive insights for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or financial advisor. Content is opinion, not a guarantee of outcomes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal wagering age in your jurisdiction if higher). You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws.
4. Accounts & Subscriptions
Payments and subscriptions are processed via Whop. Auto‑renew continues until cancelled. Provide accurate billing information and keep it current. All sales are final. No refunds or credits under any circumstance.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage
All algorithms, models, picks, data, designs, and content are proprietary to NexBetz. Redistribution, resale, public posting, or automated scraping of our content is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse or IP infringement.
6. No Warranties; Assumption of Risk
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or profitability of any information. Wagering involves risk. You assume full responsibility for outcomes of your decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexBetz, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
